Devices. One license covers the number of devices shown on its tier — a device is a browser profile where the tool is activated, so a desktop plus a laptop plus an office machine is three. Need more devices on the same license? They are added at $1–5 per device per term, depending on the plan. Running reports for several properties? Ask about a multi-property license.
Your financial files are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. This is a single offline file — no account to create, no cloud workspace, no database of your numbers. We cannot see your figures, and they are never used to train any model.
- No raw Excel, CSV or PDF file is ever transmitted or stored on our side — all parsing and calculation happens on your device.

When you activate a license we hold a limited, anonymous activation record: a fingerprint of your license, a random device id, a timestamp and the tool version. It never contains your report data, hotel name or any figure. We also process limited technical data needed to run the site and manage subscriptions, such as hosting access logs and the records your payment provider keeps.

- What file do I get?
- A single offline HTML tool. Open it in any modern browser — Chrome, Edge or Safari. No install, no account, and no internet needed once you have downloaded it.
- Can I import Finance's spreadsheet, or a PDF?
- Yes. Drop in an .xlsx or .csv, drop in a PDF, or paste a table copied from Excel or a PDF. You confirm the column mapping, then it writes into your data base. PDF import reads the text layer, so a scanned or image-only PDF needs to be copied out and pasted instead.
- Is there a free version or a free trial?
- No. There is no free tier and no time-limited trial — a license is what unlocks your own data and watermark-free exports. You can open the tool and work with its built-in sample data to see exactly what you would get before you buy.
- How many devices can I use?
- The number shown on your tier: 1 on Monthly, 3 on Annual, 5 on the 3-year license. Extra devices are added to the same license at $1–5 per device per term.
- Who sets the red lines?
- You do. Set your own cost percentages or thresholds; the tool only judges against the lines you set — it never decides for you.
- What happens when my term ends?
- The tool keeps opening and keeps showing its sample data, but stays locked for your own files until the license is renewed. Renewing issues a fresh license file with a new end date; you load it once and carry on.
- Refund policy
- This is a digital product and all sales are final. A license is issued on purchase and delivery is recorded when the license is activated.
