1. Privacy Policy
Last updated with the current release. This policy explains what the operator holds and, just as importantly, what the operator never holds.
What we hold
The operator maintains only limited technical data required to deliver the site and administer subscriptions:
- Site delivery logs. Hosting and access logs are processed by our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) for security and availability. These logs contain technical request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, and requested path — not your financial figures.
- Subscription records. The payment provider stores the records needed to process your order: the email address you used at checkout, the plan you purchased, and the order identifier.
- Anonymous activation records. When you activate a license, the operator receives an anonymous activation record consisting of:
- a license fingerprint (a cryptographic hash of the license file);
- a random device identifier generated on your device;
- a timestamp of the activation;
- the client version of the tool.
What we never hold
We do not collect or store the contents of your financial files, the name of your hotel or group, or any figure from your reports. There is no backend database of customer financial data. The product is a single offline HTML file; the parsing and calculation of your monthly P&L happens entirely in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
The tool page itself sets no tracking cookies and loads no analytics. The optional AI feature, if you enable it, may send only a desensitized summary — never your file — to the AI provider you choose, and that exchange is governed by that provider's own policy. The third-party payment page that you reach at checkout is operated by the payment provider and is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not this one.
Retention
Access logs are retained by the content delivery provider on its standard schedule. Subscription records are kept by the payment provider for as long as needed to service your plan and meet legal obligations. Anonymous activation records are kept only as long as necessary to confirm that a subscription is still active. You may request deletion of your activation record and any data tied to your license by contacting the support email shown on the checkout page.

2. Terms of Service / EULA
This agreement governs your use of F&B Monthly Reporting Copilot, a single offline HTML file.
License grant
Subject to your valid, paid subscription, the operator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased copy of the tool on the number of devices included in your plan. The tool is provided as a single HTML file that you open in a web browser; no installation server or account login is required to run it.
Per-device limits by plan
Each plan permits use on a fixed number of devices. Devices above the plan limit are billed per device:
- Monthly plan: 1 device.
- Annual plan: 3 devices.
- 3-year term plan: 5 devices.
- Extra devices: any device beyond the tier limit is billed per device at the rate shown at checkout.
Term and renewal
Access runs for the subscribed term. Monthly and annual plans renew on their cycle until cancelled; the 3-year term runs for its fixed period. The periodic anonymous activation check only confirms that the subscription is still active and may block use after expiry or refund.
All sales final
This is a digital product and all sales are final. A license is issued on purchase. There is no free tier and no free trial. Because the product is delivered digitally and the license is issued immediately, refunds are not offered.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool only for lawful internal reporting at full-service hotels. You will not resell, sublicense, or rent the tool, and you will not remove or obscure its license or attribution notices.
Intellectual property
The tool, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software to you; it grants a limited right to use it as described here.
Limitations of technical protection
We are honest about a known constraint: because the product is a single HTML file that runs in your browser, it cannot be technically protected against copying in the way installable software with a server can. The license is an Ed25519-signed offline file verified on your device, and the activation check is designed to confirm entitlement, not to make the file impossible to duplicate. This limitation is stated plainly so there is no misunderstanding about the nature of the protection.
Termination
The operator may terminate or suspend your license if a subscription expires without renewal, is refunded, or if you breach this agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the tool. Sections that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
Warranty disclaimer
The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of output. The operator does not warrant that the tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from figures you enter or reports you publish. The operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated at checkout.
Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your use is the one published at the time of your purchase and any later version the operator posts; material changes will be reflected by updating the page. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- Every output derives solely from the figures you enter. The tool performs calculation and formatting; it does not validate the underlying business reality of your numbers.

4. Security
How the tool keeps your data on your device.
Runs offline
The tool makes no network requests during normal use, sends no telemetry, and loads no third-party scripts. It is a self-contained single HTML file you open locally.
Reviewable source
Because the product is a single file with no build step or obfuscation layer that would block inspection, your IT team may open the file and review exactly what it does before deployment.
What the license check transmits
The periodic activation check sends only the anonymous activation record described in the Privacy Policy. Its exact fields are:
- License fingerprint — a hash of the license file.
- Random device id — generated on your device.
- Timestamp — when the check occurred.
- Client version — the version of the tool you run.
It sends no report data, hotel name, or financial figure, and verification can run with no internet at all.
Clearing local data
The tool stores only what your browser keeps for a local file. To clear any local state, remove the tool file from your device and clear site data for the page in your browser settings if you opened it through a server. No account exists to delete.
